The General Ledger report allows tracking of all financial transactions in the system through accounting entries. These entries are created based on transactions and other events, such as invoice creation, payroll accruals, etc.
The report provides a view of all accounting entries created in the system. Each entry includes detailed information such as the internal ID number, date, amount, debit and credit accounts, project, employee, business unit, and P&L line. Additionally, each entry row features an option to view the transaction that generated it, as well as a delete button.
Users can filter data by parameters such as period, P&L line, employee, project, and account type. This enables quick access to necessary information and facilitates data analysis.
